We bought a house from Jerica 5 years ago. We had a plumbing issue tonight and couldn't find the main water shut off. We took a chance and texted her to see if she had the inspector's report. She called immediately and sent it over within a few minutes...after business hours. The only reason we even thought to ask is that she was amazing to work with 5 years ago.
